Walker Cancellation Policy: In the event that the Walker must cancel a scheduled walk, the Walker will provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible and will make best efforts to arrange a qualified substitute walker. No fee shall be charged for walks cancelled by the Walker. If a substitute cannot be arranged, the Client will be notified promptly.
In the event of extreme weather conditions (temperatures exceeding the thresholds above, severe storms, lightning, or other hazardous conditions), the Walker will use professional judgment to determine whether a walk can be safely conducted. Alternative arrangements:

(b) Acknowledgment of Risk. The Client acknowledges that dog walking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: exposure to other animals, traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseeable events. The Client understands that the Walker will exercise reasonable care but cannot guarantee against all potential risks.

The Client shall promptly inform the Walker of any changes to the dog's health, behavior, or medication.
